It’s a pleasure I introduce myself as the Owner of joy tea. First and foremost I am a mother to 4 tea-riffic boys and 3 fur babies. I am a tea enthusiast, book lover, mug collector and filled with grace and gratitude every day of my life. For many years I was very happily a stay-at-home Mom dedicating my time and learning to living as “naturally” as possible. We raised chickens, lived in the country and spent a lot of our time outdoors. As the boys started to become young men, I went into event planning then private equity up until COVID. Where I transitioned to creating my own lifestyle concierge business that has grown and is successful today. With my love for learning and passion for tea I am currently enrolled through The Academy of Tea to become a certified tea sommelier along side the launch of “joy tea”. I am working incredibly hard and genuinely loving every minute of it. I am learning,creating and diving deep into the world of tea which has been both fascinating and rewarding. This is a dream I have held quietly for a very long time and now ready to share it with my community. A small tea business built with love and built together. My sons are right beside me, helping, supporting, learning and creating this dream with me. We are really building something special as a team and that alone makes this whole journey even more meaningful. This is my gratitude in motion my small business baby that will grow into a true success story. Alongside my sons, we will strive to offer a carefully curated product at the highest quality bringing joy to all those we encounter along the way. Dylan Sicard
(Co-Founder/Operations and Finance)

Driven, dedicated, and endlessly hardworking, Dylan brings a world-class business perspective to joy tea. A proud bilingual Canadian currently studying in France, he is completing a Bachelor of Business Administration Co-op International Double Degree at NEOMA Business School, after successfully completing two years in the BBA program at Brock University in St. Catharines. A natural leader with a strong academic foundation, Dylan was an Ontario Scholar and completed a Business SHSM in high school. During that time, he gained hands-on industry experience as a Sales Account Manager with Scholtens Inc., where he developed skills in sales strategy, client relations, and operational efficiency. At Brock University, he continued to excel he served as President of the Goodman JDCC and earning the prestigious President of the Year award for his exceptional leadership and contribution to the team. Today at joy tea, Dylan oversees all back-end business operations and financial decisions, ensuring the company runs smoothly and sustainably. He also collaborates across all areas of the business, offering insight, strategy, and a steady leadership presence.Focused, loyal, and passionate about building something meaningful with his family, Dylan plays an
essential role in shaping the future of joy tea.
Cooper Sicard

Fueled by determination, heart, hard work and a love for animals Cooper brings passion and reliability to everything he does at joy tea. As the social media lead and website administrator he’s the creative mind behind our photos, videos, and online presence capturing the spirit of our family-run tea business with honesty and heart. When he’s not helping his mom and brothers build joy tea, you’ll likely find him at the barn. Horses are his happy place, whether he’s working with them, riding, or learning more about their care. His dream is to study veterinary science or agriculture, combining his love for animals with a future built around compassion and hard work. At joy tea, he’s excited to grow alongside his family, learn new skills, and help shape a business rooted in joy, creativity, and teamwork. Coopers contributions are essential to our success. We each pour our own strengths into every step of the process. Working side by side, we are striving to create a presence we are truly proud of. Our products are made with intention and care and the absolute joy of building something meaningful together.
