The high temp roasting process produces a wonderful reddish brown with a lightly toasted nutty yet sweet caramel like flavour. Roasting the leaves allows for a much lower caffeine content than green tea. Combined with the subtle flavour this tea is incredibly complimentary to be enjoyed at anytime od the day.
This tea is best served hot.
